After the design is developed, the design department starts working on a new project. With the help of patterns created by designers, the pattern of products begins. In their work the designers use the German GRAFIS automated design system which monitors the accuracy of construction and performs gradation to any size automatically. This significantly increases the speed of work and almost completely eliminates the occurrence of errors.

Experienced craftsmen create a sample of the product which is checked for the parameters of the fit, functionality, color combination of the finished product. Having made sure of 100% quality and convenience the new DF model is sent to serial production.

The production of serial products takes place in-line. After cutting all the parts are sorted into knots and transferred to the sewing department. All patterns are stitched there, then all seams are necessarily glued. In our own manufactory thermal printing and branded embroidery are applied on Barudan embroidery machines and accessories are applied. Each detail is always checked by its own quality control.
